• To ensure my bunnies go to a good home, every interested customer is required to fill out a Lionhead Ownership Questionnaire prior to reserving any Lionhead bunny.
     
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold any rabbit.  If the rabbit(s) are not picked up by the arranged date, the money will be forfeited and the rabbit(s) will be put up for sale once again.
  
• Buying a show quality rabbit, doesn't guarantee showing success.
  
• If the rabbit you bought from me has been diagnosed with a life threatening disease, problem or has died suddenly within 7 DAYS after purchase, you may return the rabbit to me for a full refund.  However, I will require a vet necropsy report or exam record proving that the cause of the disease, problem or death is due to congenital causes.
  
• I try my best to sex my rabbits accurately, but sometimes I may make a mistake.  If within 7 DAYS after purchase, you find that your rabbit is the opposite sex of what I told you, you may return him/her to me for a full refund. 
     
• I am unable to provide shipping at this time, so you must be able to pick up the rabbit from me directly.  My rabbitry is located in Rockledge, Florida.  

Visting Terms:

In general, the only time I allow visitors in my rabbitry is when picking up their new bunny. I like to keep my rabbits relaxed and peaceful, and strangers in the rabbitry can be very upsetting for them but I feel it's important for my customers to know their Lionhead was raised with love and kept in a clean environment.  I have pictures of all the available rabbits on my "For Sale" or "Nesting Box" pages so that you can "pick through them" online.

However, I understand some people like to meet with their bunnies personally before choosing the right one for them or sometimes they just want to visit the bunny they already have reserved.  Under these circumstances, I will allow customers to come and visit with the bunnies, however, there are two requirements they must meet first.

• The "ready to go" wait for your bunny or the litter you're interested in is longer than 2 weeks. 

•  You have a 50% deposit placed on a particular bunny or a deposit that can be applied to a bunny once you have found the right one for you.

• To make a reservation, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on the entire boarding price.
  
• If I find that the animal you've come to drop off is sick or looks to be sick, I will not be able to board it here.  I don't want to risk the health of my other boarders and a sick animal needs to be where they feel the most comfortable, in their home environment.  I will recommend that you find a pet sitter who can visit your home and provide care for your pet there.
  
• If the animal dies, suffers an injury, or contracts an illness in my custody, I will completely refund your money but will not pay for any vet or medication fees.
  
• There is no guarantee that your rabbit will be perfectly Litter boxed or harness trained at the time of your return. Especially if his/her boarding time here is shorter than a week.  Some rabbits will learn in a couple days, some take weeks and some just don't learn at all.
  
• I regret that I am unable to accept boarding assignments for reptiles of any type.
  
• I am also unable to provide boarding services for dogs and cats due to housing requirements.
  
• I reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason. If that occurs, a full refund of any deposit will be given.
